For the colder months or those looking to avoid the elements, there are several small resorts nestled in around Laoshan, including ones near a secluded beach where electric kangs/炕/heatable brick-beds are available and then a mountain top village which provides a feast of organic vegetables, tea, chickens and goat; all of which make for an ideal anjing/安静/peaceful evening away from the buzz of the city.
